On the ground floor, you will enjoy two pleasant terraces: the first has three deckchairs, a garden furniture and a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for sharing your meals outdoors. The second terrace offers a fully equipped summer kitchen and a dining area with high table for 2 people.
The interior consists of a fully equipped open kitchen with capsule coffee machine and dishwasher, extended by a convivial dining area for 6 guests. The bright living room has a TV for your moments of relaxation.
On the night side, the ground floor hosts a first comfortable room with double bed (140 cm), television, storage and direct access to the terrace with outdoor kitchen. A shower room with toilet completes this level.
Upstairs, you will find two other bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), storage and television. Both have a nice sea view and access to a small private terrace. A shared bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washing machine is also available. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a fan and an electric radiator (no air conditioning in this room).
For your comfort, the house has a private parking space, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the housing, except for one room upstairs equipped with a fan.
