Villa Victoria in Theoule: This villa with swimming pool, close to the beaches, restaurants, the village and the port of La Rague, offers a panoramic view of the sea and the Estérel massif. The bright living room opens onto a large terrace, with a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and two shower rooms. A 4th bedroom with shower, WC and independent access completes the ensemble. The outdoor space includes a swimming pool (5 x 2 m) and parking. Perfect for a peaceful holiday on the Côte d'Azur.

Villa Victoria comprises :
- a living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large terrace with a table and chairs
- 3 bedrooms with TVs, queen-size beds, and closets
- 2 shower rooms with WC
- upstairs, with independent access, a bedroom with shower and WC, 160cm bed and TV
The villa is fully air-conditioned.

A 5x2m swimming pool with terrace completes the property.
2 electric bikes will be available during your stay.

The villa is a 5-minute walk from the Port de La Rague, between Theoule and La Napoule, where you can rent a boat, jet ski, and other watercraft, enjoy the magnificent beaches in the Bay of Cannes, and savor delicious dishes in excellent restaurants.
You can also walk to the center of Theoule and La Napoule villages to access the shops and other renowned restaurants, bars, and beaches in the region.



As part of your rental, a security deposit will be required, as well as tourist taxes and your resort insurance (third party liability insurance)
