- Welcoming tenants: a warm greeting accompanied by a presentation of the property and the surrounding neighborhood, along with the welcome booklet.
- When transferring the keys to your tenants, we guarantee that this moment is meticulously coordinated. They are greeted with attention and receive the keys in person, while you, as the owner, receive a comprehensive report via email or telephone.
- An inventory is supplied upon the arrival of tenants, and a departure report is issued to the owners; assistance is available in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.
